Honest first.
Always has been.
Rob Welch built this company on one rule: tell people the truth about their system. If a repair will do, we say so. If it is time to replace, we show you why. That reputation is the reason three generations of Tri-Cities families still call the same number.
Price first
You see the price and approve it before we start. No surprises on the invoice.
Repair before replace
If fixing it makes more sense, we fix it. We will not sell you a system you do not need.
Every brand
We install Ruud, Rheem and Bosch, and we service whatever you already have.
A real callback
Every request gets a call back within 24 hours. Emergencies, call and a Welch answers.
"After receiving 9 quotes for whole house systems from surrounding companies we went with Welch and I am so glad we did. They are honest and very price competitive. They offer top of the line equipment without the overpriced sticker."
Vicki Mack"We are extremely happy with the services we received. All the workmen were efficient and pleasant as well as professional. They installed our heat pump in less than a day. Six stars even on a five star scale."
J Evans"I really appreciated the clear and responsive communication from this company. I worked with Rob on a recommendation from a friend. He was knowledgeable and professional and truly listened to me. I will remain a loyal customer for life."
