The big seven
Kennewick
The biggest of the Tri-Cities and where a lot of our calls come from. Older homes south of Clearwater, newer builds out toward Southridge, and plenty of shops and storefronts along Columbia Center.
Pasco
From older neighborhoods downtown to the newer subdivisions on Road 68 and beyond. Fast-growing, lots of new construction, and a lot of first-time system owners who want a straight answer.
Richland
Our home base. Our shop is on Columbia Park Trail, so Richland, the Horn Rapids area and south Richland are minutes away.
West Richland
Bigger lots, newer homes and a lot of heat pumps. Close to our Richland shop, so service calls here are quick.
Benton City
Rural homes, shops and outbuildings where ductless mini splits and heat pumps make a lot of sense. We make the drive regularly.
Prosser
Homes, farms and wine country businesses at the west end of our area. Maintenance plans keep you from waiting on an emergency drive.
Finley
South of Kennewick with rural properties, shops and manufactured homes. Furnace, heat pump and ductless work is our bread and butter here.
