Wow! This company has won me over! Nick is Amazing! We put our house up for sale in December and of course the whole unit died! I called Welch Heating and Air and explained to Nick what had happened and that we needed it fixed asap! He came over super fast! And had it fixed in no time! We have continued to use this company for our friends and Family and will NOT! Go anywhere else!! Thank you Welch Heating and Air you rock!!!

We noticed our heat pump malfunctioning on a Sunday morning. After I was unable to reach our regular HVAC company, I called Welch's and Nick answered the phone right away and directed me what to do until he could take a look at the unit on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately we need a new unit, but Nick was very transparent and informative about our options and offered fair pricing. We plan to continue using Welch's for all future service!

To be real I was a little overwhelmed by this big purchase for my home. I've only been a home owner for 5 years. Nick Tabor talked me through every dollar that I was spending. The team and himself showed up on time. They were efficient and thorough. After they left and several hours later I received a call from Nick asking how everything was working.
